At The Dog Meme Collective, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

We gladly replace or refund orders if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item arrives defective
• You receive the wrong product
• Your order is lost in transit

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item (if applicable)

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Size & Product Information

Please review all sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selections.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
